This is a good hotel. I had a nice, clean, big room that did not smell of cigarette smoke. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is in a good central location, easy walking distance from the train station and the sites of Kars. It is just around the corner from where the bus goes to Ani ruins. Breakfast was a classic Turkish assortment. I enjoyed my stay here.

The staff were super helpful with organising a trip to Ani for me, even though it was very short notice and I arrived late in the evening. It was the highlight of my time in Turkey.

Ideal location for the city facilities. Breakfast needs catered for. Very clean and comfortable room and bathroom.

Absolutely fantastic concept. The service is very professional and friendly, reception staff was going every extra mile to help having pleasant stay and to help with requests, inluding taxi and dinner arrangements. Room was clean, confortable and even nicer than on pictures. The location is perfect - just next to the old city with many Russian buildings and formal church in walking distance. Good breakfast selection in hotel, and many restaurants are available nearby. Highly recommended!

The stuff welcome me warmly and make me feel as though we new each other long time ago. Very clean, great breakfast and position some steps away from the main roads.Congratulation .

Comfortable beds. Nice room. Great location. The bus for Ani just around the corner.

Location was good on the edge of the main downtown district. Easy walk to supermarket, restaurants and shops. Big room. Staff eager to please and called to offer coffee soon after arrival. Street outside was quiet. Room was very warm in spite of Kars' freezing winter temperatures.
